January 5th 2017... very COLD outside. Thought the cold was the cause, couldn't see that the bearings on both sides of my garage door had gone bad. Todd arrived within less than 30 minutes of my call. Had the job done in about the same amount of time. I appreciate his knowledge and professionalism despite the weather. When the teenager backs into the garage door - panic sets in when it is hanging by nothing! ASAP Door was the only company that answered there phone on the weekend....It wasn't an answering service! They came out and fixed it almost like new great job and he told us exactly what he was going to do! Great service!!
